How To Wear Over-the-Knee Boots

4:45 PM

HAPPY 2016 EVERYONE!!! I hope you had the most wonderful holiday season with your loved ones! I had an amazing time with my family in this little town near home, where we rented a big house for all of us and spent Christmas and a few extra days over there. It was amazing. How did you spend your Holiday Season? What are your resolutions for this new year?

This was a very warm winter and that inspired this outfit. Over-the-knee boots have been a big thing these past few months and I've owned this pair for quite a while and hadn't worn them in a long time, but now they've made a comeback and they're back on my feet!

I love these boots because you can wear them with basically anything. Jeans, leggings, skirts and so on. For this occassion I chose to wear them with a burgundy skirt because it's been kinda warm for this time of the year. There was no need for tights or a coat, hence the chambray shirt. However, I tried to stick to winter colors like brown and burgundy,

I recently became an intern for CollegeFashionista, where I will be writing as a Style Guru for this semester. I used this outfit to illustrate my Style Guru Bio, which you can read here. I'd love for you to check out my posts over there and give them a #RAD!

What do you think about over-the-knee boots, anyway? Are they your thing or not? I think they're super cute and they make your legs look way much longer! How would you wear them?

I always look forward to winter so that I can wear warmer, cuter clothes and this year totally threw us all off balance, right? Anyway, you can always find a way to fit cute clothes into the equation. What did you end up wearing these past few weeks because of the lack of cold weather?

What I'm wearing:

Tak Top: Forever 21
Chambray Shirt: Forever 21
Skirt: Zara
Bag: Louis Vuitton
Watch: DKNY
Sunnies: Ray-Ban

What do you think about this look? Would you wear something like this?
